Our check-in service is carried out with an inventory and is conducted on the same day.
An inventory with check-in service provides a clear and reliable starting record for the tenancy.
If you want to ensure your tenant is properly presented with the inventory report and that all documents are signed, it is recommended to book the combined Inventory and Check-In service. This means the inventory report is created on the day the tenant moves in, offering the most accurate reflection of the property’s condition at that exact time.
Typically, the inventory clerk will visit the property around two hours before the scheduled move-in. By the time the tenant arrives, the report will be prepared, and the clerk will be ready to conduct the check-in. During this appointment, keys are handed over, alarms are tested, meter readings are confirmed, and the inventory is reviewed together with the tenant.
The main purpose of the check-in is to ensure the tenancy begins smoothly and positively for all parties. The tenant will have the opportunity to add comments, upload additional photos, and sign the report once everything has been reviewed. After this process is complete, there is nothing further required from you.
